Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept most debit and credit cards, along with Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay through our secure payment terminal but if you prefer we continue to accept orders by telephone.

We hold large quantities of stock in our warehouses for all advertised accessories to ensure availability to despatch goods within the quoted time. We additionally hold and stock rotate plentiful fresh food, to ensure quality and maximum nutritional benefit for your birds and wildlife. In the unlikely event of a delay in sending your goods we will advise you by email or telephone and the product will be despatched as soon as possible.

We select, test and make available for sale all the best food and accessories for garden wildlife.

Straight seeds, peanuts and mixes being natural products will vary in size and colour depending on the growing conditions. We source all food based on the following criteria a) Safety, b) Quality, c) Locality. This means all food must be certified safe for animal feeding (often to human grade), then we source a quality that offers significant nutritional benefit and then source the food as locally as possible.

Please Note: The bulk of all bird food sold is made up of peanuts and sunflower hearts or their derivatives which cannot be grown in the UK. Accessories and habitats are sourced from many different manufacturers and while we work closely with them in product development, they may occasionally change specifications or withdraw items without notice. Therefore all photos and descriptions in our website, catalogues and advertisements are for illustration purposes only; exact specifications and colours may vary and items may be withdrawn.

We were founded, and indeed our whole purpose of being is to give wildlife the help it needs to live and flourish in our gardens. We will always ensure that every item we make available for sale has been thoroughly tested fit for purpose, safe and to ensure it’s built to a standard that gives you real value for money.

Our Promise is as much about the little things that add up to a lot; like expert impartial advice, the time taken to talk about your garden and experiences. A company who share your ethics, who ensure bringing products to market does no harm to wildlife elsewhere and of course, the confidence that you’ve purchased the right product and one that will last.

This is why we give you a full 60-day quality promise during which if you are unhappy for any reason you can call us to arrange a return and we will replace the item or issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Our Promise and guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

- Promo/discount codes must be applied at the checkout, or prior to payment of order by phone to receive the applicable discount.
- Promo/discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively after completion of order and refunds will not be offered in place.
- Only one promo/discount code can be used per order.
- With one-time use promo/discount codes, if your order value is below the value of the code, no residual code will be issued.
- Promo/discount codes may be valid for a limited period (subject to the stated specific code conditions) and if so cannot be extended.
- Discounts may apply to eligible products only (subject to the stated specific code conditions) and may exclude shipping fees.
- Promo/discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
- New Subscriber and all non product specific Promo Codes are one-time use only, valid against full price products (excluding Schwegler, Vivara Pro, Woodstone and Live Mealworms) and are not applicable against surcharge shipping fees.
- 'Photo Competition Winner' voucher codes are valid against all products and are not applicable against surcharge shipping fees.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel promo/discount codes at any time without notice if it is deemed necessary.

These terms and conditions managed by Ark Wildlife. When entering our competitions, a poll, or by submitting your photographs to us, you accept our Terms & Conditions and you have entered into an agreement with Ark Wildlife. Ark Wildlife reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or cancel competitions at any point. You accept that by sending us any words, imagery or videography, you allow us to use your content publicly, and where possible we will credit your name. You will also accept the following terms below:

• You are the sole author of each entry and that it is your original work.
• You have received any necessary permissions from the owner(s) of objects including buildings included in submitted images for the usage rights required by Ark Wildlife and will indemnify Ark Wildlife against any claims made by any third parties in respect of such infringement.
• All entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party. You must be the sole owner of copyright in all photographs entered and must have obtained permission of any people featured in the photograph.
• You will retain copyright of the text, photographs and videos that you submit to Ark Wildlife. By sending Ark Wildlife words, digital images, printed images, or video content, you give us the right to publish and exhibit these universally on our website, within our marketing and on our social media pages. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that name credits are given to any photograph or video published, where possible and at our discretion.
• By entering our competitions or by submitting a photo or video, you agree to the storing of your information in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 25th May 2018, the Data Protection Act 1998 and PCI DSS requirements.
