What is it?
Ark Suet Balls with Insects are fabulously high in fat (over 27.5%) and are packed full of protein – we’ve added dried insects and fine tonic seeds to finish.

These soft textured suet balls are more attractive to birds and the premium ingredients will boost their wellbeing.

How does it help?
We need to look out for wildlife, especially during cold winter months. These high-fat content suet balls are useful at providing energy during cooler periods and breeding season.

Whilst most suet balls appeal to a variety of bird species, these, along with our insect seed and suet cake will attract more insect eating birds to your garden.

Q: Do I need a Feeder for these Suet Balls?

Q: I found a lot of misshapen and squashed Suet Balls in my last order, what's gone wrong?

A: Ark Suet Balls with Insects have a very high fat content making a softer texture. It's the fat content that gives birds energy but this makes the fat balls a softer texture especially in hot weather during the summer. Sometimes if they are left in the sun during delivery they can melt or crumble to some extent. We personally believe that a few squashed fat balls is better than compromising on quality and all the contents of the box can still be fed to your birds. If you are concerned or have excessive damage please contact us for a replacement or a refund.
