Details

At the recommended concentrations Ark-Klens is non-corrosive, it is bactericidal against a wide range of bacteria, some viruses and some fungi are also susceptible. This makes Ark-Klens a powerful disinfectant with an additional detergent and deodorising action.

Suitable for disinfection of the animal 'environment' such as bird tables, feeders, water bowls, nest boxes, cages, etc. It can also be used safely as a disinfectant for birds eggs and incubators. 250ml makes 25 gallons (100 litres) of disinfectant. This concentration is suitable for egg washing although up to (1 in 1000) is used safely on poultry eggs.

Size: 250mlUse: Dilute 10ml/5 litres (1 gallon) for general cleansing and disinfection.
Allow a contact time of 3-4 minutes before rinsing off.

Q: Is the liquid easily measured, why has it got 2 lids

A: One of the lids has a 25ml reservoir. Remove the lid on the reservoir, squeeze the bottle until you have the desired amount for mixing with water.

Q: Is Ark-Klens only suitable for cleaning bird tables?

A: Ark-Klens can be used to cleanse all animal and bird equipment, including feed bowls, cages, bird feeders, work surfaces, hutches/cages for rabbits and hamsters.

Q: Can Ark Klens be used on the ground to prevent spread of disease?

A: No, it would be dependent on soil type, acidity, moisture, absorbency etc.  There would be no safe or sure way to calculate an appropriate treatment level.  It is recommended to remove all food spills etc. daily
