What is it?
National Trust Apollo Seed Feeders are robust, easy to clean tube feeders designed for sunflower seeds and high-quality wild bird seed blends. With click off top, base and ports these feeders will fast become a favourite in your garden.

How does it help?
Maintaining some low-quality bird feeders can be tricky, with difficult to clean components. The Apollo Easy Clean feeders are constructed using light yet robust aluminium parts with a UV hardened polycarbonate tube. Featuring a unique ventilated lid which helps reduce condensation whilst in use.

Q: Will this feeder go on top of your garden pole?

A: Yes - this feeder is compatible with the Garden Pole Adaptor.

Q: What is the best seed or mix to put in this feeder?

A: Straights such as sunflower hearts or sunflower seeds are perfect for this feeder. The Ark no mess feeder mix, hearty suet mix and hearty mealworm mix are all excellent mixes for hanging tube feeders.

Q: Can I put just Suet Pellets in the Apollo Seed Feeder?

A: Suet on its own in a seed feeder will clog it very quickly. As the suet is slightly sticky, especially when wet, it will not flow through the feeder. A small amount of suet tit-bits mixed with your favourite tube feeder mix will work well. Why not try our Ark Hearty Suet Mix.
