By marking the entry/exit point in fences you can help prevent the accidental trapping of hedgehogs. You can also become a hedgehog champion by encouraging friends and neighbours to join the cause.

Hedgehogs naturally roam over many gardens whilst foraging for food, finding mates and seeking out secure sleeping quarters. By allowing access between gardens and wilder areas (hedgehog gaps), we can all make a positive contribution to the welfare and future of these endearing but endangered creatures.
